Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

This promotion runs from 26th November 2025 to 31 December 2025, 23:59.
Capsules are refreshed every week.

2. Eligibility

Customers are entitled to 1 gachapon spin for every $20 spent in a single order.

Spend amount is based on final checkout value after discounts/vouchers.

3. Gachapon Mechanics

  • Every qualifying order receives 1 spin at our physical gachapon machine.

  • There are about 80 capsules per week.

  • Capsules are replenished and refreshed weekly with new prizes.

  • Prizes differ weekly and are available while stocks last.

  • Customers cannot choose the capsule or swap prizes.

4. Prize Types

Prizes include, but are not limited to:

  • Discount vouchers (e.g., $1, $2, $5, $10 off, % discounts)

  • Membership points

  • 1x Random Christmas stickers

  • Christmas sticker packs

  • Acrylic keychains

  • 1x Phone PopSocket

  • RGB LED light stands

Prizes are random and given based on the capsule drawn.

5. Prize Redemption

  • For physical prizes, we will notify you when it's ready for collection.

  • Vouchers and membership points are issued to the customer’s account or via unique codes.

  • All vouchers are single-use and non-stackable with other promotions.

  • Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

6. Order Verification

  • Customers must show proof of order confirmation or receipt before spinning.

  • For self-collection, customers will be allowed to spin upon arrival at our office.

7. Spin Limitation

  • 1 spin per qualifying order (every $20 spent).

  • Example:

    • $20–$39.99 = 1 spin

    • $40–$59.99 = 2 spins

    • $60–$79.99 = 3 spins

8. Weekly Reset

  • 80 new capsules are added every week. ( We will announce it )

  • Stickeristic & Gifts reserves the right to adjust prize quantities weekly depending on availability.

9. Campaign Changes

Stickeristic reserves the right to:

  • Update prizes

  • Adjust weekly capsule distribution

  • Amend or end the campaign early

  • Replace prizes with items of similar value if needed

  • Disqualify abusive or fraudulent behaviour

Any changes will be announced on our official channels.

10. Miscellaneous

  • By participating, customers agree to these T&Cs.

  • Stickeristic is not responsible for lost or unused vouchers.

  • Decisions made by Stickeristic & Gifts regarding prize distribution and eligibility are final.
